The 2023 CAYL Fellowship cohort is coming to an end in December. The Fellows have worked in small groups to generate specific ideas that they have now turned into policy papers. During this year, the Fellows have networked and deepened their knowledge of leadership and advocacy.

The 2023 Fellowship Policy Papers present the ideas the Fellows have identified as critical and some proposed solutions. We hope you will consider the solutions as a way to enrich outcomes for children and the early childhood education field in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
