Description:

The Family Child Care Workgroup will identify how we can best honor the mixed-delivery model of early childhood education being offered in multiple settings and meet the needs of our family childcare practitioners. We will provide a forum for practitioners to identify immediately actionable policy solutions that will address existing problems on the ground.

Description:

The Staffing & Compensation Workgroup is organized around the principle that one of the best ways to meet the needs of our young learners is to identify how we can best support and uplift early childhood educators. Each and every child deserves access to a high quality early childhood education experience delivered in a setting appropriate for their family needs, delivered by a diverse, well compensated, and well prepared workforce.
