Description:
Latinx children and families are a growing part of the population, having grown by 70% since 2000. Representative leadership is an important value of The CAYL Institute, and we want to amplify the voices of this population.
How can we make learning environments more responsive to the needs of Latinx children? How can we bring more Latinx practitioners and leaders into the field of ECE?
Let’s hear from Latinx practitioners, advocates, and researchers about their perspectives on our profession and our shared future.
