The Good Jobs project focuses establishing a workforce pipeline through training and placing employees in quality jobs through the creation and/or enhancement of Sectoral Partnerships within targeted industries. 

Unique to Boston, child care is one of the targeted industries. The CAYL Institute will serve as the backbone organization for the initiative, working with key community partners to accomplish those goals.
