Communications and Programming Intern

 

The Communications and Programming Intern will work closely with the CAYL Institute's staff on current, future and potential programing. This is an unpaid position.

Interns may have the following responsibilities and opportunities:

1. Opportunity to attend CAYL fellowship meetings and National Conferences.
2. The opportunity to attend lectures and interact with national experts on Early Childhood Education and Care.
3. Learn about the grant application process and writing.
4. Assist with email marketing.
5. Assist with monthly newsletter.
6. Media relations, including press releases and scheduling interviews.
7. Assist planning the 2012 National Conference for Principals and Child Care Directors
